Age: Must be under 65 years old.
Residency and Status: Must live in Georgia and be a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted immigrant.
Diagnosis: Must have breast or cervical cancer, which can include pre-cancerous conditions.
Screening: Must have been diagnosed or screened through an approved program like the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP).
