How do you ask for, and accept, help?
How are you asking for help? What kind of support would benefit you the most?

How are you doing today?? Asking for help can be so hard in general but asking for help when you're not feeling well, that's a whole new level of hard (in my opinion). If you could ask for help with anything, anything at all... what would it be? No judgement, no fear of "no", no fear of being seen as weak, etc. What is something that would help you most? I rarely ask for help as I'm afraid to ask. My 3 kids bug me about it and get mad at me for not asking for help, but I just feel like I shouldn't. I'm 71 years old and have always been the one to give help. Its so hard for me.
it certainly is a humbling experience, being the one to ask for help. I have such a hard time with it too. I’m always the go to person, it’s hard to go to others.
Try to remember your loved ones want to be there for you, and they want to help you. If there are tasks or anything you might want help with, and need help with phrasing the questions, reach out!

It is hard having had multiple diagnoses of Cancer 5 time four Stage IV negative Node ER Positive. and Low Grade B cell Lymphoma. I am tired all the time and have extreme purities in the upper quadrant of my body
