What's on your bucket list?

Writing a bucket list is something that many people have done throughout their lives. Do you have one? Did you have one before you were diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer?

We'd love to hear about your bucket lists. What have you checked off? What do you plan to do?

  1. Go to New Hampshire with my grandkids
To Santa village and Clark's trading post to see the bears perform.
Go to New York to see the Macy's Day Parade
    Niagara falls
Win big On a scratch off
For all my grandkids to remember me when I do die.

    1. of course! ❤️

    2. , I love how family-oriented your bucket list is! How are you doing on meeting your goals, and have you added any new ones? - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)

  2. I traveled all over the US in the 70's so I'm not interested in travel. I crochet and I want enough time to crochet every pattern I own.

    1. I love to crochet! I recently retaught myself how to, it had been years since learning from my grandma. What have you recently crocheted? I have a kit to make little animals that I have yet to start, but looking forward to doing. -Jessica, Team Member

    2. I myself have just picked up crocheting! It seriously is addicting. -Steph (team member)

  3. I belong to a crochet group at the Senior citizen center. We crochet for nursing homes and chemo patients. I have not lost my hair. Last year I made 22 lapghans and have made lots of hats and scarves. This year so far have made bags and Afghans.

    1. Thanks for sharing with us!!! This sounds comforting in many ways. I've always wanted to try to crochet but I often joke I have two left hands, I'm not very coordinated lol! How are you doing today? Sending positive vibes your way! -Beth (Team Member)

  4. My bucket list: or at least part of it! First to enjoy each and every day I get -- sometimes it goes well, other days not so much -- I'm working on finding joy every day. To continue traveling; hubby and I traveled a great deal before pandemic hit; and we were just returning to it when I got diagnosed with metastatic Lobular BC about 10 months ago. Since then we've done some day trips, and a two week trip in Canada and the US; so I'm figuring out how to do it (which isn't so easy when you're on ribociclib). Start writing some of my life stories in the third person. Do more geneology searching. Stay as active physically as I can manage. Keep learning! And, like others, to make memories with my family and the grands.

    1. , those are wonderful goals, all centered around love, family, and living each day with gratitude. I hope your memory box fills to overflowing, and your gratitude and the cause for it grow till they light the skies. - Warmly, Donna (Team Member) - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)
