Husband and Wife Diagnosed with Cancer in the Same Week
July 13 and July 21 2023.
Husband found out he had Large B cell Lymphoma. I found out I have Metastatic Breast Cancer Stage 4.
Right now I am taking Femara and Verzenio. This week was my husband's last round of chemo. Next month, will take another scan.
Two years ago in August, they took my right breast away they said they got everything and didn't have to take chemo or radiation. Maybe I should have taken chemo and I wouldn't be going through it again. But we will never know.
Right now we have to be thankful for each day we both have. This month we will be celebrating 50 years of marriage!!!
