Remembering Amanda Raffenaud
We are extremely saddened to share that AdvancedBreastCancer.net Health Leader Amanda Raffenaud passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023. After her cancer diagnosis in December 2018, Amanda made it her mission to live to the fullest.
Amanda was a mother of 2 boys, an educator, a mentor, and a relentless advocate for the metastatic breast cancer (MBC) community. She was always reminding everyone that "stage 4 needs more,” referring to the need for more research dollars to be geared toward MBC.1
A dedicated advocate
Amanda advocated for MBC in many ways and shared so much of her story with the community through various platforms. That included writing for AdvancedBreastCancer.net.
