3rd Time Around 😞
I was diagnosed Stage 2 in 2011. Treated with chemo, then lumpectomy along with 37 zaps of radiation. Was on Anastrazole when I was diagnosed with residual cancer in that same breast in 2015. After a dbl mastectomy and taking Exemestane, I was clear until 2022.
Upon doing a Pet Scan in October (my blood tumor markers were elevating slightly), a small sclerotic lesion was found on my 6th rib. I received 10 zaps of radiation and now new meds to keep it from spreading.
